I've made this with either Hubbard or Butternut squash. The Hubbard has a wonderful flavor, but the hard skin makes it very hard to work with. The Butternut squash is easier to work with, and also has a nice flavor.
I had a red pepper and garbanzo beans, so I thought why not try to make some yummy hummus without Tahini Paste. It worked out wonderfully! It's creamy, tangy, a little spicy, perfect for pita chips and on my turkey sandwich!
This is for people who doesnt like to eat sprouted mung dal/gram. The taste of the mint with the sprouted gram is really good.

Delicious chunks of paneer are marinated in a spicy yogurt mixture and then fried, roasted or broiled. I used them in a whole wheat pita stuffed with spinach and tomatoes. Can serve with a tomato based gravy, on a bed of rice, with some stir-fried vegetables, or eat as is for a tasty snack.

I used ground turkey instead because it's much healthier and cheaper too!
You can keep the mixture in the fridge and eat as a snack constantly. This is a great recipe for me because I'm a college student, so when I have to run home for lunch, I can just have a pattie or two with curry and rice to add a little protein to my meal really easily! This makes about 30 patties, so I just make this every sunday, and then it's usually over after a week or two since I eat about 2 patties a day. And it's only about 80 calories a pattie! yum!
This is also great as a snack at parties, if you have a big group over,
Hope you guys enjoy!
This is kind of a mixture of tradition dal and Aloo Gobi but without the potatoes.
This is a yummy warmly spiced dish. You can vary the amounts of spices to suit your tastes.
Light and yummy similar to one served at our local indian resturant. Very light dressing flavor with just a bit of a kick.
