These are SO good! "cooked" in a dehydrator and so low cal they are the perfect snack! They could probably be made non raw in the oven alot faster.

Homemade and DELICIOUS! I love this on everything! Apples, toast, waffels, or just a spoon! Very little Omega 3 Flax oil added for a creamier texture and organic honey for a touch of sweetness.
If you're a vegan that eats honey, this is the sweet treat for you! Its really tastey but not overly sweet. Perfect for dessert or breakfast... even a snack!
These muffins get their fiber from oats, flaxseed, carrots, apples, raisins and pumpkin.
These pancakes get a nice crispy edge and have a fluffy texture, but are hearty and provide 26 grams of protein in a serving!
A recipe I threw together by combining a pumpkin pancake recipe with a protein pancake recipe. I use oat flour, which I buy at the whole foods store but can be made by grinding whole oats in a coffee mill.
My grandma always made these for me and now I make them for my family. They are very flexible. Just add eggs to your rice until it forms a medium thickness batter (similar to pancakes) and they're ready to cook. They're a great way to use cold rice. Top with your favorite pancake toppings.
Love this dish....its amazing! Not so diet friendly...but my real ingredients are probably a bit better. The bacon is the no nitrate, no preservative bacon made by Oscar Meyer. Next time I will use 4 eggs instead of 6...6 was overkill.
Cool, crunchy, and delicious twist on chicken which is sure to please the whole family.
Low-fat, high fiber, and perfect on a cool, rainy, lazy day for brunch. Enjoy!
Simple, sugar free sauce for pancakes and crepes. Yum! A great way to add fruit...
