Heat in crock pot all day and serve over rice (good with brown or white rice.) Sodium level is pretty high even using reduced sodium chicken broth. The amount of olives can also be reduced or you can drain them. You can also use less chicken broth if you want it thicker.

Brown meat, in large skillet, drain off any fat (rinse with water, and pat with paper towels, to remove as much fat as possible). Add remaining ingredients, simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Top with sliced green onions if desired.
