I divide this recipe into 3 so each of my family can make their own pizza. I substitute the oil with the lower cal yogurt.

Just brown the turkey, then add Prego and onions and simmer while the spaghetti noodles cook.
We loved the lower, healthier cals, compared to hamburger-based spaghetti sauce.
There is an official Italian name for this dish but I forgot it somewhere between the restaurant and my kitchen when I recreated it.
This is a delicious, fresh tasting pasta sauce - different from the norm. I got this recipe from Sam the Cooking Guy and adapted it for more kick and less fat. Calories listed include sauce only - not the actual noodles. Also - it's not technically vegetarian, but it was the closest option I was able to choose in the main category. Enjoy!
