I added spices and stock when I boiled my beef for shredding. I did not include them in ingredients because everyone has their own taste in spices so that you are on your own with.
The heat on this dish can be adjusted by the amount of chipotle chilies added. I used one and it was just about perfect but if you are into spicier foods, go ahead and add up to three!
You can chop the chicken and wrap this up in a whole wheat tortilla or serve it with a black bean and corn salad.
The best breakfast ever. This can be tweaked to your liking, if you just want egg whites, less cheese and non stick pan spray ( wich will eliminate those calories).
