Delicious thick, creamy, low fat, low cal, veryyyy garlicy salad dressing.
Taken from Biggest Loser 30-Day Jump Start book. My Husband calls this "Gravy Soup".
Yummy Chicken salad made with skinless rottisere chicken breast and loads of veggies and fruit. The curry and the pineapple give it a nice exotic taste...sweet and mildly spicey....great with triscuits or with lettuce greens.
Lancaster County recipe that my husband really loves. Omit the chopped egg if desired, but that's the way its really made in Pennsylvania Dutch country.
This is the first course of Obama's Inaugural Dinner. The original recipe called for heavy cream and lobster/monkfish, but fat free condensed milk and nonfat creamer have been substituted for the heavy cream, and the lobster/monkfish has been omitted.
As a tip: if you pass on the puff pastry shell, you save 223 calories! ;)
I adapted this from a recipe on Recipezaar.com. It's a copycat of Panera's cream cheese potato soup, made healthier by using fat-free chicken broth and swapping the cream cheese for Neufchatel cheese. I've made it both ways and there's absolutely no difference in taste. Wonderfully comforting on those cold winter nights!
Very tasty meal that wil feed an army or cut recipe in half and will still feed a family of 4! Very healthy with lots of fiber and protein.

This takes a half hour to cook, tops. Flavorful, quasi-Asian style soup with lots of room to develop for your taste. The theory behind the soup is that you can change the recipe every time you make it. Add more vegetables. Change the dark leafy green you add. Make it your own. It's just a quick, delicious soup to experiment with!
Yummy spread using sprouted lentils... this is a rawfoods recipe and it also is great if you sprouted too many lentils like I did!
