This is originally from a kraft recipe but with my own spin and a ton more flavor!!
Comfort food dish that always comes out moist and delicious, and in generous portions.
This is a variation on another user's Pizza Pasta Casserole with some "healthier" ingredients that I use in my home.
Quick and comparitively healthy - I use reduced fat bisquick for the dumplings. Awesomely good and filling - a good comfort food fix with a lot of protein.
NOTE: To make this lower sodium, find a low sodium bisquick alternative.
Tasty Filipino recipe from my best friend's mom. Combines good proteins and lots of fresh veggies. Makes LOTS of portions, so its good for large groups or left over lunches!

Be sure that your chicken breasts are defrosted. If still frozen, the meat will have too much moisture and will change the taste.
Trust me - it does NOT taste like chicken and salsa.
I really wanted taco salad so I decided to try a chicken version. Decent on calories and good on protein. You can add beans to increase protien but will need to re-calculate for fat and calories
This soup is excellent. Add more red paste or a couple of red chili peppers to zip it up a bit more. galangal and lime leaf can be a bit hard to find but it is worth it if you do. Look in the frozen foods in your asian market for Tom Yum soup base Kit.
Lots of ingredients, but not hard to make. Follow this mole recipe, and you'll be fine. This makes a ton, but it freezes well and is great over shredded chicken and rice!
Made in muffin tins for perfect portion control! Great source of protein, only 2 WW points each!
