This is a salad I found from the website for the Wright Ride which takes place each year in Dayton Ohio. It's a great summer salad with broccoli slaw, cole slaw, green onions, ramen noodles, almonds and sesame seeds. The dressing is oil, vinegar, sugar and the flavor packet from the Ramen noodles.
I took the ingredients from one of my favorite sandwiches at Arby's and made it light. You could add more mayo to the mix, but I choose to use just enough to preserve the ingredients.
This combines two of my favorite egg dishes: deviled eggs and egg salad. Paprika is yum!
I think it's pretty healthy for the most part. Change meats, add cheese, what ever you wish but just remember It's really good this way too1

Savoury muffins are a common Australian food, but they're often full of cheese. These are lighter, healthier, free from cheese (and vegan). You could reduce the salt if you like. Just a pinch would be OK.
