This is great for breakfast on the go. It's a smoothie full of fiber, protein, vitamins and antioxidants. Costumization is easy. Just keep a few key ingredients on hand and a variety of frozen fruit in your freezer! Honey is optional, but I like to add it if I sub unsweetened yogurt. Add adequate water (or preferred liquid) to blend. Try adding/ subbing other ingredients such as almonds, fresh spinach, carrots, ginger, or other fruit to customize. This recipe works great in a single serve blender, but be careful not to overfill!
