I drank these 3x a day for 3 weeks after having my wisdom teeth taken out and lost 10 lbs. I still drink 2x a day because they are so good and filling, and very quick and easy to prepare.
You can replace any of the fruits. I add in variety by substituting blueberries, rasberries, and blackberries for my fruit. By being creative with this recipe, you can have a different & yummy smoothie every day :-)

2 C frozen blueberries thawed, 1/4 c sugar, 1 T lemon juice in pan, cook until berries pop, stir in 1/4 t cinnamon; spoon over pancakes
