Protein Berry Smoothies
Nice and sour! Uses protein powder, frozen mixed berries, lemon juice, Balkan-style yoghurt, and cane sugar to balance the tartness (you can use honey or another sweetener if you prefer). You can make any changes you'd like, including adding a handful of chocolate chips or using less lemon juice, and you'll still have a great-tasting smoothie. Lots of fibre, protein, and nutrients! I have one after an aerobic workout. Enjoy! :)
