Cheesecake Fat Free Recipes

This recipe was taken from a light recipe I found online and adapted to a weightloss friendly one and I won a bake-off contest at work with it.

Delicious strawberry cheesecake

FAT FREE CHEESECAKE STUFFED STRAWBERRIES
18-20 large strawberries
1.4 oz. package of sugar free, fat free Cheesecake pudding
8 oz. fat free whipped topping, thawed
1 cup of skim milk

Mix the pudding and skim milk together with a whisk for 2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping. Place in refrigerator for 15 minutes. Wash strawberries and cut off stems. Let strawberries dry on a paper towel on the cut end. With a sharp knife cut the strawberry as shown in the picture.

Put filling in a large zip loc bag and cut the end off (or pastry bag if you have one). Put tip in strawberry and squeeze filling until it comes out of the sides and top of the strawberry. Store loosely covered in the fridge.

Great for a pudding snack or as a party dip.
I use it as a dip for graham crackers and vanilla wafers.

Fat free, sugar free, but full of festive fall flavor!

I tweaked a recipe found on the internet to try to create an even lower carb/fat cheesecake. I use Truvia for my sweetener since it is calorie free with no aftertaste. Be sure to top with your favorite berry.

This is a yummy treat. When calculating this recipe I used a regular pie crust but I know that if you used a sugar free or low fat crust or fat free graham crackers, it would cut the cals and fat.

i love cheesecake so i was determined to make a fat free one!! To get the crust right you will definatly have to play with it because honestly i am not sure exactly how i did it. crust will start to dry when you put it in the pie pan so add drops of milk when smushing it downso it will spread out. it takes work to make it but its worth it
