Simple comfort food, not too expensive calorically
Red wine simmers in extra flavor. The alcohol cooks out. Season to taste with Italian seasoning or oregano and basil.
cook macaroni for 7 mintues,drainadd to canned tomatoes & bring to boil & simmer for 10-to 15 minutes

This is a pretty basic easy casserole. Next time I will try adding Feta cheese to give it a different taste. If that works I'll modify the recipe.
