Here is a great recipe you can double up on and put in the fridge for quick easy breakfast. Just take out 2 pancakes and warm in microwave.
May add nuts ( I like pecans) and eat with Apple Butter.
I have tried them all I think and with a few tweeks this is definitely the fluffiest, most tasty recipe I can come up with!!!

I grind the oats in a blender into a flour. I use Vanilla UMP protein powder.
No flour at all. These are quite dense, not fluffy like flour pancakes really but better for you!
