Fruity cobbler topped with vanilla ice cream will satisfy your sweet tooth.
I took a basic brownie recipe, substituted half of the butter with applesauce, took out an egg, decreased the sugar by 1/4, and added oatmeal. Healthy, oil free, sweetened with honey - this banana bread tastes great and is good for you! Add raisins, other nuts, spices like cinnamon or nutmeg, or 1/4 cup of shredded carrot for a new twist. You could even try using egg whites only to reduce calories by 10 per serving.
I use this cake to make all kinds of filled cakes for birthdays and such. My oldest grand daughter loves my Chocolate Covered Cherry Cake. I fill between layers with Wilderness Lite Cherry Pie Filling and frost it with my Chocolate Velvet frosting.
