I have a ton of tomatoes and I found this recipe from How Sweet it Is. I modified it due to ingredients I had, but let me tell you it tasted so good! It would be awesome tasting if you added some cooked shrimp to it!! Give it a try and let me know what you think!
Very yummy salad, especially with spinach or leaf lettuce fresh from the garden. Tastes very indulgent.
This is good for shish-ka-bobs or other type of marinade. We always use it with beef but I think it would also taste good with chicken.
Chicken thighs are higher in iron than breasts, and without the skin they're still low in fat. The flavour in these pies is delicious, with the carmelized onions blending into a rich sauce. If you have the time, make your own pie shells - it's so much better than store-bought.
Make the Egg Salad option on the back and add ham and corn as a finishing touch!
Slice all the ingredients. Slice chicken breast. Place on a hot grill. Then add the cilantro at the end of cooking.
If you really want to wow your friends and family this summer, try my take on a French classic salad with seared tuna steaks and two homemade dressings.
***You will need a food processor to create these dressings.***
***This is by no means a quick recipe, but it is relatively easy.
If you leave out the potatoes, the salad has 14 g carb and 426 cal per serving.
This chili is an awesome treat that can serve your daily nutrition needs perfectly. Can't attest to any social afteraffects (lol), but this chili will certainly fill you up right.

2010/11/01/love-my-quinoa-burger/ I just substituted organic red quinoa instead of the regular quinoa in this recipe, and added more flour which was necessary to keep the patties together. Also, my patties were smaller so it yielded more burgers.
A tasty healthy summer meal. Add in some brown rice and you have an excellent meal
This is one of those homey recipes that FEELS like a family tradition, even if you've just tried it for the first time! I prefer with finely chopped pecans, as walnuts can have a slightly bitter edge to them. Super fluffy goodness in a spoon!!
I always triple this recipe. I also had it figured for around 200 Calories so I guess I was doing something right. I may go and refigure later but for now I will leave it where its at.
This is a refreshing twist on an old classic. The tangy lemon is perfectly offset with the sharp garlic and herbal parsley flavors! You can also mash this and serve hot for a neat take on mashed potatoes!
Another quick and simple side dish! Throw it in a bowl in the morning, serve it with grilled chicken and steamed veggies for a quick lite dinner!!!
Nummy on lots of things and it gives salads some zip. I don't need as much dressing with this because it has such a strong flavor.
This three bean salad is great at a party. It is high in fiber and is vegetarian. It is high in fiber and will help you feel full and therefore you will not feel as tempted to eat the "junk" food. You may adjust the ingredients according to taste. I have used less sugar and I've used red wine vinegar.
I'm not sure this can technically be called chili, since I didn't actually put any spices in it.
With the 7 cloves of garlic and one whole large onion, I didn't think it needed anything else, but you can feel free to add your own chili seasoning.
This cooks up thick and hearty. It's very filling, and has 22% of your daily iron, for under 225 calories per serving.
