I took my original recipe and upped the protein to 3 scoops and took out some of the dry milk to lower carbs. These stats are based on a low carb protein powder (20 gms a scoop).

This is a different take on Hummus. Can be a dip, or side. The recipe calls for Ritz Crackers but you can substitute Pita bread. Neither the crackers of pita bread is figured into the recipe. I used plain, home made hummus but you can use whatever flavor you like.
