Good Eats - 1211 - A Cabbage Sprouts in Brussels
Reluctantly agreeing to help refurbish the reputation of Brussel sprouts, host Alton Brown discovers that with the proper preparation they can make a surprising range of good eats.
This is all done in the food processor and is not only yummy and nutritious, but is versatile. MMMMMMMMMM!

It tastes so different--a texture like grits, a taste like tangy mashed potatoes--that you'd be hard pressed to guess what it is.
a vegan alternative to the tradition gumbo for vegans and the alternative to Emeril's Green gumbo which uses collards, mustard, turnip and kale. I just use collards because I didn't like it so much with the other variety of greens.
