a delicious corn chowder w/ some canned tuna.. it sounds weird but it's quite tasty!
I came up with this simple, easy recipe when my pantry was low and I fashinoned it after the macadamia encrusted version we had in Hawaii. We loved it and I hope you will too.

I made this as a 'mistake' when I ran out of Alfredo sauce and had to get another 'cream base' together. I don't like using canned soups unless low in sodium, so this was a perfect alternative. My husband doesn't like tuna, but this recipe proved to be a favorite of his as everything else in it helps mask the taste.
