Delicious and nutritious! Very filling, you can eat a lot without worrying about consuming too many calories.
These are certainly not low-cal, nor low fat. But they have lots of good fats and are very filling. I like to cut a bar in half, and eat one half before working out, and the other half after. This recipe comes from Gluten Free Gobsmacked (http://glutenfree.wordpress.com/2008/02/1

The taste of these remind me of holiday nights at my parents farm; sitting by the fireplace listening to christmas music.
This was totally yummy. Next time I will make only 2 chicken breasts with only 1 slice of cheese and double the spinach, nuts, onions, and mushrooms using 2 TBS EVOO. If you can find it, use Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning without salt.
You can reduce calories to 243 each serving by using only 2 TBS pecans. It is good either way.
I am a stay at home mom with three children. Two of them and my husband have different food allergies and intolerances. This can make cooking a challenge. Really is just baked custard but sounds snazzy when you say healthy creme brulee :)
Try to find the beans in this recipe! Beans replace the flour in this recipe for a different nutritional kick.
A quick and easy healthy version of chicken fajitas without the tortilla shells. This recipe is Paleo-friendly.
This is a gluten-free version of the great Spinach Balls made by my friend Ruth. She uses 1/2 cup breadcrumbs for the potato flakes. Or use 1/2 c. gluten-free breadcrumbs.
Breakfast cookies for under 100 calories? Yes, please! Very soft, chewy and lovely side item to go with your eggs or morning yogurt/parfait. :)
Who doesn’t love a good stack of pancakes?
Gluten free, grain free, healthy and super yummy!
Although you can use nonfat milk to make yogurt (and I provided a recipe for that on SP too), this version is my Keto yogurt.
Delicious, gluten free, low carb and very low cal. Onlly 90 cals per brownie
This is also good with Tuna. Using 3/4 Greek yogurt & 1/4 real mayo makes this a healthier alternative for lunch. Good for salads or sandwiches.
