1 tb lemon juive
1 tb Red Wine Vinegar
Salt to taste, use a bit of unsweetened almond milk if difficult to blend in blender until smooth

This dish is raw, vegetarian, vegan and is quick to make and delicious. It turns out very pretty too. Thanks to my good friend, Oten, who shared it with me! The cooking and prep times given are deceptive because the rice has to be soaked for 24 hours ahead of time.

This tomato-based pasta was originally my grandmother's, but I cut out the 1/2 cup of butter she would always use and subsituted the fat-free butter instead which gives the shells their lovely pink color!
