This is quick and very easy. I add the mushrooms for just a little more taste and sometimes I use pumpkin pie spice instead of cinnamon. I cut up cubes of squash in season and cook them, then freeze them so I can make this anytime and in a hurry.
This is a recipe out of the Hungry girl book which I altered to use turkey instead of ground beef. My first go made 11 servings vs. her 16 so the calorie count was unfortunetly higher.
This stuff is really good and filling its like a really simple Chili, 1 cup was enough for dinner for me.

I tweeked this to lower calories and fat. My neice made this for me from Rachel Rays comfort foods cook book, and it was not bad cal or fat wise but I tweeked it anyway, so I could eat even more of it. It is really good and full of healthy goodies. Nice with toast or fresh bread on a cold night, or when you need comforting.
We threw this together one night when we needed to use up some mushrooms in the fridge! Super low cal and very tasty!
