Healing spice chicken broth
Stops hunger pangs with a rich vitamin packed broth. When you have a limited calories left on your day a great way to fill up. Optional to add vegatables like broccoli, pea pods, spinach. Sesame oil can be substituded for seeds. If you don’t have ponzu in you market you can make your own.
• ½ cup low-sodium soy sauce

¼ cup fresh orange juice

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
•
1 tablespoon water
•
1 tablespoon mirin (sweet rice wine)

⅛ teaspoon crushed red pepper
