Semi Healthy Mashed Potatoes
My favorite dairy-free, protein-rich sauce! I use it for nachos, macaroni and "cheese", anything that requires a cheesy sauce. Don't let the yeast part daunt you -- it tastes awesome!
This is super full of nutrients and is great on mashed potatoes. For a salter version try adding a little vegetable bullion.

Uses nutritional yeast, and 1 slice equals one serving.
