This is the most basic of the spreads. You can find a variation of this recipe in almost any grocery store, but 95 percent of them are made with either olive oil or tahini (sesame paste), which pushes up the fat content. Your best bet is to take three minutes and make a batch on Sunday that will last you for the week.

This burger gives you the satisfaction of having your "mayo" and cheese by using a wedge of the Laughing Cow Light Garlic & Herb spread on the 100% Whole Wheat Arnold Select Sandwhich Thins. The thick slice of tomato, crunchy lettuce, protein from the burger and the whole grains in the bun will fill your belly and put a smile on your face.
Diced, grilled chicken breast; shredded cheddar; diced apples; dried cranberries; and grape tomatoes. Served with sliced, toasted almonds and Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing. My healthy way for my favoite take out salad.
Very moist and delicous muffins. Can substitute Raspberries or Bananas instead of blueberries.

She's 'one of those' cooks! ;-) So feel privileged, 'cause here's one she kindly shared! :) (NOTE: Beth's original recipe did not have the basil or pepper, it had one less tbsp. onion, and it had an extra tbsp. of sugar. This is very easy, very delicious recipe that i came up with after eating a unhealthier version of this at my mother in law's house. I never really liked zucchini until i had it in this dinner. Enjoy :-)
