Filling food for few calories. Try substituting low sodium broth or veggie broth and leave out the ham for a great side dish or vegetarian meal. Serve in a bowl with a whole grain bread for dipping.
This works great as a marinade for grilling as well. Just use equal parts of honey (I use agave but couldn't convert for this reciepe), soy sace and canola oil (or any type of oil)
