This is a wonderful (and easy) recipe I got from allrecipes.com. The flavors of lemon and dill really complement the fish. I like to use wild Alaskan salmon for this recipe, but any salmon will work. I usually don't measure, so these are all estimates. Play with the ingredients to suit your own tastes!
This can be made with any kind of short noodles. I use gluten-free penne or mini shells as my hubby is Celiac. We love and it is great to take to any party. No one can tell the difference.
Whole wheat pasta with tuna, mushrooms and tomatoes with a splash of red wine vinaigrette. A light pasta dish with incredible flavor. Add some black olives for another delicious twist!
This is a healthy alternative to fried fish. Ground flaxseed adds a nutty flavor and Omega 3 benefits, not to mention a boost in protein. This 8 oz portion will satisfy the hungriest appetite and can be cut in half for the less hearty eaters.
These tuna patties are really quick and easy to make. They are great for a meal towards the end of the week when you have fewer ingredients on hand!
One of my favorite lunches. I usually add a peice of fruit as a sweet treat or forget the wrap and add more spinach to make a great salad.
Quick and easy spicy stir fry! The orange brings a nice sweetness that compliments the heat! Yumm!!!
This is shamefully quick, easy, delicious and very filling. A light and refreshing shrimp scampi that is still very satisfying as a "fancy" main dish. Not my recipe, but I "tweaked" the original a bit and it was so good I had to share it!
Light and Healthy dose of vitamin D. High in protein and low in fat, calories and carbs.
