This is inspired by a traditional Greek olive oil cake, but lighter and with the addition of greek yogurt.

This is my version of a yummy breakfast I had at a little cafe in Silver City, NM. Don't skip the feta, it gives it amazing flavor. Yum!

I also like 1/2 a banana mixed with 3/4 cup of berries--yummy! Another great substitute for syrup is non-fat yogurt. I like vanilla or a berry yogurt.

This is my version of the low cal starbucks breakfast wrap that is so good but way too overpriced to eat everyday. It is so yummy and easy to make. I make the filling the night before and bring it to work to assemble
