This is one for garlic lovers, and when you have time to let it simmer on the stove! A light but tasty prawn pasta...loads of garlic, a hint of chilli. You can change the ratio's to suit your taste. You will get a better result if you use very ripe, fresh tomatoes rather than canned. If you can spare the calories, replacing half a cup of stock with white wine is also lovely.
This is a recipe I adapted from another recipe on SP (Shaken' Bake Scallops). I couldn't find the Garlic & Herb Shake-N-Bake, so I used Old Bay Garlic & Herb seasoning. You can adjust the amount of Old Bay seasoning according to how spicy you would like this to be.
We make this all the time..Low on cals and really great..Make a side salad to go with the shrimp and enjoy!
This dish can also be baked in a pan in the oven, but I have only tried it grilled!
