Large Batch Pumpkin Carrot Cake Overnight Breakfast Oats
This is a large batch recipe for overnight oats. There is no sweetener added, so you can add whatever type you can use and account for that when you're tracking. This makes NINE one-cup servings, so you may want to freeze a few. Just pull them out of the freezer the night before you want to use them. I portioned mine out into salmon canning jars (250ml capacity) to keep myself honest.
