Gluten- Free Dinner Rolls
this is actually not my recipe, i stoll it from this site:
but they still turned out good and tasted alright. the texture is perfect! but sorghum tastes a little like dirt to me... i'll have to try the rolls without it.
also, the site gives directions for mixing it by hand--i made these in my bread maker on the quick dough setting and they were fine.Submitted by: MYSOLDIERSWIFE
