Mom's Tomato Hotdish
This is a staple in our house. I can many tomatoes in the fall with carrots, basil & onions already in the mix. I can whip this up in a short time all on the stovetop & only 1 pan to clean after supper. We enjoy it with grated parmesan sprinkled on top.
