Bacon, lettuce, and tomato sandwich (BLT)
As far as I'm concerned, this is the ultimate breakfast. I only make it when tomatoes are in full season, and then I pretty much live on these. I wrote this recipe for half a sandwich because that's enough for me, but you could always double it. For the full comfort-food effect, have this with a cup of chocolate milk.
