Delicious with grilled veggies (peppers, onions mushrooms and tomatoes) and baked potatoes.
Also really nice cold leftover, sliced in a pita with your favorite veggies or condiments.

Fabulous tender pork souvlaki busting with flavor!!

Super easy, and fun. Not to mention delicious. Recipe is easily altered to serve as many people as you like. Same recipe is awesome for boneless pork too.
You can put white wine in the marinade too, which is really good- about a half cup.
You can sub dry oregano for the fresh just use less, about a tablespoon

We had this in Greece and I have done my best to reproduce this delicious chicken with yummy Greek yogurt sauce

I use this recipe along with the tzatziki recipe. I lightly toast pita bread and stuff with chicken, pitted Calamata olives, feta and tzatziki sauce.
