Avocado Banana Pudding (Vegan)
After reading several recipes for avocado pudding on my favorite food blogs, I decided to make my own. It has quickly become one of my favorite things to eat, and I'm excited to share it with the SP community. This pudding is healthy and filling, and is great as a quick breakfast or snack. I love it because I can make it in about five minutes, and don't have to cook it! I like a little crunch with mine, so I add some crushed almonds and dark chocolate chips for added texture and flavor. Enjoy. :)
