Split Pea Soup with bacon
This recipe has been adapted from one found on Gina's Weight Watcher's Recipes site. (http://www.skinnytaste.com/2008/03/split-
peas-soup-with-ham-2-points.html) I added more carrots, plus celery and swapped out the ham hock for a third pound of crisped bacon. My changes added 1/2 point to her recipe.
