1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 cup chick peas
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup almonds
2 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 t. minced garlic
1/4 t. salt
3/4 t. curry powder
1/2 t. dried oregano
1/2 t. dried cilantro

This is a tasty side dish for a group and takes only about 30 min to prepare. It is best to make ahead so the seasoning from the dressing soaks into the vegetables - Lighten this up using Lite dressing.
