One of my favorite foods is lox and bagel, and doing low carb, I miss it terribly. So, I came up with this recipe to give myself all the flavors of Lox and Bagel with way fewer carbs. The net carbs of this recipe come out to about 14. This recipe is not suitable for the Induction phase of Low carb dieting.

Super healthy, really easy flaxmeal-based muffin that bakes in a minute. Got it from the Atkins online forum but it's a balanced, filling, start to anyone's morning with Omega 3, lots of fiber, whole grain carbs, and protein. I have with cottage cheese and cucumber.
