Bread stuffed with a warm chocolatey/cheesy filling. Adapted from Hungry Girl 1-2-3 Recipe Book. The only change I made was swapping out a little cream cheese in place of some of the ricotta.
Its rich in protein if had with goat cheese instead of any other cheese. Uses raw vegetables which is baked in an oven to kill any bacteria. Very tasty and nutritional breakfast

Oddly enough, adding 30 minutes to rise, it still doesn't add up to 90 minutes.

These are AMAZING! I used maple sausage because I like them sweet. It gave a total of 4 net carbs per scotch egg. If you use hot sausages you can basically cut that in half.
You can use just about any kind of fruit, I also like to use fresh pumpkin instead of the applesauce.

I eat this for breakfast often, I am a huge fan of bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches!
I use coconut oil to line the muffin pan.
Edit #1 changing from 4 eggs + 2 egg whites to 2 eggs + 4 egg whites.
Edit #2 Added more kale and more non fat milk
This is a wonderfully moist and delicious recipe. Oatmeal baked with bananas, blueberries, cinnamon, honey and walnuts, oh my!

I make these for my family and they love them. They are high in fat so I limit myself to 1 or 2 from the batch. I also make a cream chz. icing for my family but I don't touch it.
If you do not have an electric mixer do not seperate eggs just mix the whole egg with the milk. Seperating just makes the muffins light and fluffy.
Also you can aliminate the brown sugar mix if it is not to your liking they will still come out great or add pecans or walnut to the Brown sugar mix.
