Quick Stewed (kind of) Chicken and Tomatoes
Came up with this one night when I really wanted spaghetti, but didn't want the calories or the beef. adding the rotisserie chicken bones does something awesome to it. i actually serve this with brown rice most of the time, and i like it even better than pasta!
