I used to make these when I was on weight watchers. Low calorie and better than McD's
Artichoke Dip is GREAT, hot or cold. Serve it with raw veggies and/or baked pita or tortilla chips!
Filling food for few calories. Try substituting low sodium broth or veggie broth and leave out the ham for a great side dish or vegetarian meal. Serve in a bowl with a whole grain bread for dipping.
