Digest Diet - Fast Release Snack: Ricotta Boats
1 large bell pepper (6 oz)
or assorted baby bell peppers (6 oz)
If 1 large pepper, cut in 4 and seed.
Put 2 tbsp ricotta on each quarter (8 tbsp = 1/2 cup)
If assorted colors of baby bell peppers,
divide the ricotta over the halves.
Add pepper (cayenne or black)
Optional: put under the grill for a couple of minutes
