This is a great side dish to bring in the New Year. Serve with collard greens and cornbread.
Serving size is 1/4 cup.
A mix of peppers and eggplant, baked with some olive oil. Great as a side dish for all South Beach phases.

Old fashion sausage gravy with a kick. I once read "what warms you up, slims you down", the cayenne pepper does just that. enjoy over Pillsbury IQF Biscuits. 1/3 cup works well for each biscuit split in 1/2.
Got this recipe from recipezaar.com. Not too bad, need to play with the seasonings and liquid a bit.

Instead of drenching your potatoes in butter, sour cream, chives, and bacon I found that my carb needs are fulfilled with just a pinch of seasoning salt

The Brown Rice Flour is what makes this recipe and balances out the whole wheat flour to keep the biscuits light and flaky instead of dense. To boost the flavor, you can add 1-2 Tblsps of chives, parsley, dill, thyme or shredded cheese.
I found this Ronzoni/Classico recipe featured in our Sunday paper and it looks fantastic. I modified it a bit to cut calories and up the nutrients.
