Super delicious and low-fat mini loaves. Great for portion control. This will require 2 muffin pans.

We use the same recipe for meatballs and make fun shapes for the kids, such as Mickey Mouse shaped meatloaves. I mix up the seasoning sometimes using Italian sometimes more Swedish meatball style.

Muffin size meatloaf

A new twist on comfort meatloaves. The ground turkey is a healthy and flavorful option.

I really love meatloaf but hate to wait so long and then I found this recipe that takes 1/2 the time. Kids think they are cute since they are small and round instead of a loaf. I hope you Enjoy.

Mix all ingrediants except last three. Put into greased cupcake pan then mix last three ingrediants and spoon over top. Bake 15 -20minutes until reach internal temp of 165 F

Makes 6 servings

A delicious, moist alternative to your standard ground beef meatloaf. This recipe can also be used to make meatballs.

The recipe makes enough for 16 servings in 8 mini loaves. I make all 8 mini loaves at once but only cook 4, freezing the rest for an easy meal later.

Just whipped this up one evening when I was short on time & needed to make something that would cook quickly. Must say, these mini meatloaves were pretty scrumptious, and perfect way to portion control too!
