Easy Slow cooker Vegetarian chili
Very easy, just throw all ingredients in a slow cooker and wait until the vegetables are the texture of your choice. I didn't add spices to this recipe because you could use a package or add what you would to any chili. The lentils give this a meaty texture and taste, so it's a great subsitute!
