This is a salad I found from the website for the Wright Ride which takes place each year in Dayton Ohio. It's a great summer salad with broccoli slaw, cole slaw, green onions, ramen noodles, almonds and sesame seeds. The dressing is oil, vinegar, sugar and the flavor packet from the Ramen noodles.
This is absolutely delicious and light. Great with a mexican dish, or with a fish dish :) I made this with my Mexican Lasagna/Casserole recipe.
I got this recipe from EatingWell and served it with the Salsa Turkey Burgers (jiminnyc's) in a warmed whole wheat pita. Yum!
