The recipe said ti was for 6 servings...after making it...I realized that 12 is more like it. So, I changed it to 12 servings. I think you could also omit the cheese on top and save calories and fat without losing much flavor.

I can't take full credit for this recipe as I used parts of a Weight Watchers recipe in an attempt to recreate the AMAZING but ridiculously fattening (Mac & Cheese)2 (it literally contains 123g of fat and 1,800 calories) at the Yard House restaurant, but it's easy, relatively low-fat and super delicious. Have a serving of this psuedo-indulgent mac & cheese with your favorite veggie!
