Yummy Pico de Gallo
This is my grandma's original homemade Pico de Gallo recipe! This is a real family favorite at my house. It's super-fast and easy to make and the result is absolutely delicious!
A traditional Mexican salsa, Pico de Gallo is naturally low carb and low fat. This is a super healthy recipe!
This is also a vegetarian and vegan food. So, if you are vegetarian or vegan (or just looking for a super healthy snack full of veggies) this is a recipe you MUST try!
Serve with chips if you plan on using it as a salsa, or eat it plain if you love it as much as I do! ENJOY!
