Mexican Pita Pizza w/ guacamole
This is a healthy, low cal, individual serving of a mexican 'pizza'. For vegetarians who don't do dairy, you can always substitute kraft shredded cheddar for veggie shreds.
*NOTE* If the idea of warm guac is unappealing to you (it was to me at first but I Thought I"d give it a shot and really enjoyed) then you can make the pizza as is and dip it in guacamole after it's cooked. I like it fine either way. Submitted by: ALICIA0099
