I made these in the large muffin tins but you can use regular size muffin pans as well. This recipe is based on the 6 larger size. These are good reheated for breakfast even the day after.
These are fantastic! I modified a recipe from another user and even my husband and son thought it was great. You can make a full quiche or make the muffins like I do. I find the muffins are easy for serving portions and just pulling out of the freezer or fridge and warming up!
